Centerpointe I & II is equipped with a card access security system. Normal business hours are designated as 7:00am - 7:00pm (M-F).
Access Cards
- The request should be initiated by the authorized customer contact.
- In the event an access card is lost, stolen or damaged, Datawatch should be contacted directly for a replacement card.
- Building personnel are not authorized to open any locked area for customers or guests.
- Guests must have a card or key to gain entry.
Keys
The installation of additional locksets and/or re-keying of existing locks is prohibited without permission from the management office, so as to ensure the safety and integrity of the building keying system.
Customers or visitors attempting to enter the premises after hours without a Datawatch Systems access card will not be able to enter the buildings. Representatives of the building management are not authorized to admit customer employees, guests or workmen into the buildings or into customer spaces.
Non-Customer Building Entry
The procedure outlined below should be followed when your guests and/or workmen need admittance to the building during security hours.
- Contact the management office and request the building management to authorize entry for your guests or workmen, specifying the date and time of such entry.
- Representatives of building management are not authorized to admit employees, guests or workmen into customer spaces.
- Any questions concerning security should be directed to your Property Manager at the on-site Transwestern Management Office 703.206.6209.
